Most properties take 15–30 minutes to scan, depending on size. Larger homes may take a bit longer, but the process is always quick and professional.
How fast will I receive the finished virtual tour?
You’ll receive your fully edited, interactive virtual tour within 24 hours after the appointment.
Do I need to prepare the property before the scan?
Yes — we recommend tidying the space, opening curtains, turning on lights, and removing clutter. A clean, bright home results in the best virtual tour.
Can I update the tour later if something changes?
Yes. We can rescan specific rooms or update branding (logo, colors) anytime. Additional scans or edits may incur a small fee.
How long is my virtual tour hosted online?
Your tour includes 3 months of hosting. After that, you can keep it online for €10/month or choose a plan that includes unlimited hosting.
